Packaging

Elegance and responsibility: We pack our porcelain products in elegant, made-to-measure boxes of solid black cardboard with an elastic band. Every box shape is carefully fitted to our products. They not only protect the porcelain in transit but also add enormous charm to the whole. Our customers love our packaging as much as we do and keep it. The boxes are classic and versatile enough to store small items or be reused as gift packaging.

Zero plastic: From the very beginning, we have focused on minimising our impact on the environment. Although packing and shipping ceramics is no small challenge, we are proud to use only eco-friendly materials: cardboard and biodegradable filling.

Biodegradable filling: The loose fill protecting the gift box is fully biodegradable. You can keep it for your next parcel or simply dissolve it in water – in the sink or the toilet.

Orders are prepared within up to 5 working days. We pour each candle with wax and your chosen fragrance oil only after you order — especially for you.

We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, making sure every order is carefully prepared and securely packed.
