Canyon Parian – a porcelain coffee cup inspired by nature

Canyon Parian is a handmade Parian porcelain coffee cup with a capacity of 175 ml. Its organic, asymmetrical form was inspired by the rock formations of Antelope Canyon in Arizona. The matte, subtly lustrous surface of the porcelain emphasises the sculptural character of the piece.

Every cup is made by hand in the Kyuka Design studio in Milanówek. From the first sketches, through a 3D model and traditional plaster moulds, to casting, sanding and glazing – Canyon brings together contemporary design and an artisan production process.

The cup is ideal for espresso-machine coffee, filter coffee and tea. Its capacity is 175 ml. It is dishwasher safe.

Because each piece is made by hand, individual cups may vary slightly in surface and detail. This is a natural feature of handmade porcelain.
