This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms.
Please review this policy carefully. It applies to any order placed with Kyuka Design.
What are my shipping options?
All products are handmade to order in our workshop in Milanówek, Poland. Orders are typically prepared within up to 5 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping once your order reaches a minimum value, which depends on your delivery country and currency:
- Poland: free shipping on orders over 300 PLN (otherwise a flat rate applies)
- Germany: free shipping on orders over 80 EUR
- France: free shipping on orders over 90 EUR
- Rest of Europe: free shipping on orders over approximately 130 EUR
- United Kingdom: free shipping on orders over approximately 120 GBP
- United States & Canada: free shipping on orders over approximately 160 USD
Below these thresholds, a flat shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, including free shipping on qualifying international orders as described above.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on your country's regulations. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights.
