When you purchase a gift card online, you will receive a file to print yourself or send via email with a generated code that entitles you to make purchases for the selected amount. The recipient can use the card in our online store.
Orders are prepared within up to 5 working days.
We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, making sure every order is carefully prepared and securely packed.
We pack our products in elegant gift boxes designed with aesthetics and the joy of giving in mind. Our packaging received an award in the Art of Packaging competition in the premium product packaging category — so it also works perfectly as a ready-made gift.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We will refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Details in our Refund policy.
