Frequently Asked Questions

Learn about Kyuka Design, our materials, our production methods and order fulfillment.

Yes. We design and create Kyuka Design products by hand in our studio in Milanówek. Our candles, mugs, cups, bowls, vases and decorations are made in small batches, using porcelain and ceramics. The handcrafted nature of production means that individual pieces may differ slightly from one another – this is a natural feature of handmade items.

We design and produce our collections in Poland, in the Kyuka Design studio in Milanówek near Warsaw. We combine contemporary design with traditional ceramic techniques. From design and mold preparation, through casting and glazing, to finishing – many production stages are done by hand.

We design our scented candles as decorative objects, not just as a source of fragrance. Many of them are made in original, handcrafted porcelain or ceramic containers. Once the candle has burned down, you can keep the container and reuse it as a decorative object or small vessel.

Parian is a special type of porcelain with a bright, delicate surface reminiscent of marble. At Kyuka Design we use it, among other things, to create selected candles and other original objects. Its subtlety beautifully highlights the sculptural forms characteristic of our collections.

Yes. Handcrafted ceramics, porcelain candles, mugs, cups, vases and porcelain jewelry are often chosen as design gifts for birthdays, holidays, weddings, housewarmings and other special occasions. We also offer ready-made gift sets.

Orders are processed within up to 5 business days, and we ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Candles are poured with your chosen scent after the order is placed. Availability information is shown on each product page.

We protect delicate ceramic and porcelain products during transport so they can safely reach the recipient. We also pay attention to the aesthetics of the packaging, as many Kyuka Design orders are chosen as gifts.

Yes. We handle corporate orders and larger gift orders for brands, offices, architecture studios and other organizations. Depending on the project, we can prepare gift sets, a larger number of selected products, and selected personalization elements. For B2B orders, please contact us directly.
