Regulations of the "Kyuka Momenty" Competition on Instagram

  1. Competition Organizer The "Kyuka Momenty" competition is organized by Kyuka Design, based in Milanówek, Brzozów, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

  2. Purpose of the Competition The aim of the competition is to encourage participants to share unique moments of mindfulness and magical moments while waiting for Christmas by publishing posts on the Instagram platform.

  3. Participants Any adult person with an Instagram account can participate in the competition.

  4. Contest Rules a. Contest participants should publish a post on their Instagram profile showing their favorite moments of mindfulness while waiting for the holidays. b. The fast should include a description of moments, rituals, traditions or activities related to the Advent period. c. Participants must tag the profile @kyuka_design and use the hashtag #kyukamomenty. d. Each participant can submit any number of posts.

  5. Prize The most beautiful post, selected by the Kyuka Design jury, will be awarded a gift set, which includes a Ki candle made of Parian porcelain and a set of candle care accessories.

  6. Dates a. The competition runs from December 4 to 20. b. The competition results will be announced on December 21 this year.

  7. Announcement of Results a. The results will be announced on the @kyuka_design Instagram profile. b. The winner will be informed about the win via a private message on Instagram.

  8. Copyright a. Competition participants agree that the content they publish is their property. b. The organizer reserves the right to use the submitted content for promotional purposes.

  9. Privacy Policy Participants' personal data will be used only for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be made available to third parties.

  10. Changes to the Regulations The Organizer reserves the right to change the competition regulations at any time, informing the participants about it on the website www.kyukadesign.com .

  11. Final Provisions Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these regulations. In disputes, the final decision is made by the Organizer.
